Dominika has been working in gastronomy for 16 years, of which 14 years for KOS group. She has a Gastronomy Manager Certificate from the Higher School of Tourism and Hotel Management in Gdańsk. In her free time Dominika likes to travel around the world, explore Polish landscapes and enjoys hiking

MANAGER KOS

He started his adventure with gastronomy 7 years ago. Initially, working behind a bar was supposed to allow him to pay off the fine, but soon he discovered that working at a restaurant is his passion and he’s been working for KOS ever since. He graduated Management at the University of Gdańsk. He loves football and traveling.
